Elizabeth Darling concentrates her practice in commercial real estate and finance matters, as well as general business law. She assists clients with the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposition of real property and other commercial assets, including commercial, office, retail, multi-family, residential and resort properties.She has represented a large number of local and national businesses, lenders, developers, investors and life insurance companies in negotiating and structuring transactions.

Elizabeth served on the Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Association from 2006 - 2009. She is a past Vice President of CREW-Denver (Commercial Real Estate Women), a 200 member organization of real estate professionals. She was formerly a member of the Steiner, Darling & Hutchinson and Davis, Graham & Stubbs law firms in Denver, and prior to that was associated with Streich Lang, a major Phoenix law firm. Elizabeth received her B.A. in political science from Colorado State University in 1979, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1983, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She served as clerk for Justice William D. Neighbors of the Colorado Supreme Court from 1983 to 1984.

Elizabeth has been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" and "The Best Lawyers in America Consumer Guide" and has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by that national rating directory.
